Scope of Operations

What We Are Authorised to Do in Cameroon

Orphanage Operations

We are authorised to establish, manage, and fund orphanage facilities providing shelter, care, and education to vulnerable children across Cameroon.

Food Distribution

We are permitted to run soup kitchens and food distribution programmes in partnership with local communities and parishes.

Educational Support

Distribution of school materials, payment of tuition fees, and educational capacity-building programmes for underprivileged youth.

Elderly & Disability Care

Volunteer-led care teams supporting elderly and physically or mentally disabled individuals in rural Cameroonian communities.

Community Infrastructure

Construction and support of small community chapels and gathering spaces, including in the village of Ebomkop II.

Volunteer Mobilisation

Recruitment and coordination of local volunteers, particularly youth, to serve as care-givers, health workers, and community assistants.

Compliance

Operating Responsibly in Cameroon

Divine Mercy Foundation takes its legal obligations in Cameroon seriously. We work closely with local authorities, community leaders, and ecclesiastical partners to ensure that all our activities are conducted transparently, ethically, and in accordance with Cameroonian law.

All funds received for programmes in Cameroon are disbursed through authorised channels, with full accounting and reporting maintained by our local coordination team and overseen by our US-based Board of Directors.
